Joseph O’Connor is an internationally recognised author, trainer, executive coach and consultant. He has given trainings in thirty countries.

He is a leading author and trainer in coaching and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Systemic thinking.

He is the author of eighteen books and three audiotapes on Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, training, sales, communication skills, management and systemic thinking.

ANDREA LAGES

Andrea Lages is an executive coach, author, consultant, and one of the most respected coaching trainers in the world.

She has given training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Coaching, including the International Coaching Certification Training to people from more than 30 countries; she also participated as trainer and co-creator in a Post Graduation course in Executive Coaching for Derby University in England given to Company Presidents and CEOs.

She is co-founder of the International Coaching Community – ICC (2001) and an ICC Master Trainer, co-founder and CEO of Lambent do Brasil, an International Training and Consulting company based in São Paulo, Brazil (2002), an NLP Master Trainer, consultant, business trainer and executive coach.

Living in São Paulo, Brazil, she works internationally doing International Coaching Certification trainings, NLP certification courses (including the NLP Trainer Training Program), and seminars on communication skills, systemic thinking, leadership, sales, and goal setting, with individuals and teams.

PATRICIA ZAMBRANO SANCHEZ

She is the General Manager at Impel Monterrey, where she serves as Executive, Life, and Team Coach. She is also an instructor for national and multinational companies including Vitro, Stabilit, Bayer and Osram, with a variety of seminars and workshops such as: Coaching Workshop for Parents, Leaders Forming Leaders Seminar, the Seminar of XXI century skills, among others. She has been a thesis tutor in the Master Degree of Education program at the Virtual University of ITESM and has been a Coach within the Young Leadership Program with university students in the Santos Foundation and de la Garza Evia, “Cambio yo, Cambia México”.

She has developed and taught courses in Human Development, Faculty Development, Strategic Planning, Developing Thinking Skills, Creativity and Family Formation. Since 1987 she has participated as an instructor in courses for the youth, marriages and families.
